Can't really deduct a star for it but as others have stated, you need to remove a register to allow pwm to work. Once that's done, it's very accurate!

The sensor is great, the breakout board... not so much.I wasted way too much time trying to figure out why the output was always at VCC when the datasheet says that the sensor defaults to analog output. Tried different sensors from the pack, all the same problem. I set it up for I2C and I checked the registers, everything there looked right. So, what's going on?Well, it turns out that these breakout boards pull the programming pin (GPO) to ground through a 1k resistor, rather than letting the internal pull-up keep the pin high. This puts the sensor in programming mode and ready for a one-time burn, instead of its default operational mode. The solution is to either bring the GPO pin up to VCC, cut the trace on the 1k resistor, or remove the resistor altogether. None of that is something people should have to do to get a sensor to work out of the box.Even the product description matches the datasheet as far as how the GPO pin is handled, so it's pretty un-cool when the board does something different.
