I’m in Florida installing while temperature is 75 degrees. These are Difficult to get installed. I use armor all to lubricant poring hole to install. Don’t overstretch these as that will prematurely wear them out. Remove and store out of sunlight when not used. Price was reasonable

I got one of those trailer receivers on the back of my vehicle and bought one of those bike racks that fits into the receiver. The rack has these rubber bungies that wrap around the top tube of the bike and connect to the bike rack. Well, it just so happened that I left the bungies in the storage compartment of the SUV I traded in on a Soccer Mom van. End result? Bike rack with no tie down bungies to hold the bikes in place. I ordered these and they're a solid replacement for the originals. Pop one end on the bike rack, wrap it around the bike top tube, and pop the other end on the bike rack. It's that simple. If you need some replacement bungies these'll do the trick.

I would prefer either strong or flexible. This is neither. I broke one on the installation and texting fit. Price was right for my application, otherwise not worth it.

I acquired a Saris bike rack missing many straps. These fit existing measurements closely enough for me to try them. They are flexible but sturdy, sort of like the rubber (not woven) bungee cords. I think they will hold the bikes securely.

These fit my Yakima bike rack and are relatively good replacements. They are very stiff new but will loosen up after more use. I had a hard time getting them on and off the first few times, but with the summer heat and stretching them out a few times it became easier. One of my straps broke after a week but I still had 5 other straps to work with. It most likely broke because I cinched it down way too tight. You get 6 straps total so it's a bargain for the price. Even if the other straps break, I would probably still buy these again.

It’s a very hard rubber, too rigid, and not elastic unlike the original Thule, there very difficult to install and to wrap around the bike’s tip tube, down tube and seat post. I purchased these because of the price. More trouble returning and not worth it.
