Fitting threads were backwards. Hose is pretty decent quality from the looks of it. Cant install yet until I get new fittings

The smallest amount of pressure on the fitting will cause it to leak.

Leaked first use as soon as vehicle was started they were dropping where line goes into fitting. Absolutely junk don’t buy!!

The 90 degree fitting for the trans side (4l60e) fit horribly loose and will not seat completely due to it hitting the trans housing. They also need to be fittings fit for o-rings

I got these for my older Silverado truck. I guess the original lines rusted through, so the previous owner just cut the middle sections out and replaced it with rubber hoses, and hose clamps. Those clamps never stop leaking. So I figured I'd give these a try, should be an upgrade, and would look better. I had no idea what I was getting into. First, I did not realize these are for a wrong transmission. These lines are listed for 4L60E, and I have a 4L80E, the heavier duty version, and larger in size. No big deal, I figured It should still work. Well, the transmission fittings are different, so I ended up finding those. What I noticed, this kit does not come with any O-rings or washer on the NPT side of fittings, (not AN side,), while other kits and even the original fittings had rubber O-rings. Also the fittings that came with the kit didn't fit the radiator cooler line outlets, which should be the same on all Silverados, so I had to buy those too. Then, everything is so rusted solid in my truck, that removing anything was a pain. The lines are nice, braided nylon on the outside, long enough to reach the radiator. Overall, still a nice kit, but i'm pretty positive you need O-rings on all fittings.

I liked the product with its braided lines and AN fittings, however one of the fittings came apart so I spent time putting it back together.
