After reading the description, I thought I was ordering a griddle from Weber, but it was not. The griddle is fine, but came with no directions, or packing slip, so not even sure where it came from. Had to go to several YouTube videos to see how to use it. All in all, its serving it's purpose.

Only done smash burgers and steaks to date and both were so good with the solid griddle surface. Clean up is really easy also. So far so good

This is a great griddle insert for your Weber Genesis II 300 grill. Wellconstructed, pre-oiled, it's ready to go when you get it (after you put thehandles on). Cleans up easy ..I recommend getting the carrying bag .. so when you take it off, it stores easy.

The first time I used the product it warped from one far corner to another. It tipped back and forth a good 6" vertically. After this experience I got in touch with the seller. They initially offered 20% refund for my issue. I said it was unusable and requested a replacement or refund. They directed me to contact Amazon. I did that, Amazon said that the seller and vendor were one-in-the-same company and that they were trying to get out of warrantying their own product and to contact them again. I did that but they ignored me from then on. I made three more attempts to ask for a refund or replacement with no reply.The company store is called "BBQ Future" but if you dig onto any of their products you'll find the company is located here:Dongguan Ruijiejia Hardware Products Co., Ltd.Business Address:神山工业区耀进电子公司斜对面东莞市横沥镇广东523465CNThat's China in case you hadn't already guessed it. No warranty to be found. The warranty on the product page states, "Please contact the seller directly for warranty information for this product. You may also be able to find warranty information on the manufacturer’s website." Good job Amazon, you just screwed your own customer. I but an average of $5-8,000 USD a year through Amazon. You'd think they'd start vetting their vendors a little better. This should be a case study for all Amazon vendors as what NOT to do.I finally called Amazon again and spend the better part of an hour talking to overseas customer service. It became apparent that I wasn't getting anywhere with the first person so I asked for a supervisor. They immediately offered me a partial refund (75%) if I shipped it back to them. I figured that's better than nothing. I shipped it back. That's my story.

Griddle fit perfectly into my Webber Spirit II, removed my grates, replaced the flavorizer bars, 4 years old and breaking down, dropped in the griddle. Griddle heats evenly, appears to be well seasoned. In the weeks I have owned it, I have done many smash burgers, several steaks, fried some lo mein noodles, Irish banger sausages, pounds of bacon to name a few. My spouse is partial to fillet mignon, and this was the first time in years I was able to cook it perfectly rare, with a sear on the outside, and seared edges. Forget, grates, go for the griddle. Easy to clean, squirt on some water and scrape away. The residue drains perfectly into the grease catcher in the Webber. My Webber is run on NG. So, with this griddle I don’t have to spend 15 mins cleaning splatter from my kitchen stove top after doing burgers. Best purchase in years.

The griddle fits on my 4 burner Weber perfectly. It is very heavy, about 35 pounds. I haven’t used it yet, but I heated it to 650 degrees during the curing process and it didn’t warp. It remained hot long after I turned it off.
