Bought this for a friend to use, forgot to give to her. Gave for Christmas instead of Sept. She couldn’t figure out what to do with it. Never used it! Brought back to me today, we both had to peel off the clear sheet on both sides together. Hard to get off. Anyway, there was no sticky barely on each side of mat. Cardstock would NOT stay on it or stick to it. Waste of money in my book. Wouldn’t buy this again!

I love this grip mat. I purchased for an event that I knew that I would use this alot. I LOVE this mat. It clings to your surface and it's easy to pull up paper and stencils from it. I like how easy it is to use, how well it grips my stencils and I don't have to use tape to hold it down. This makes stenciling so much easier than what I have done in the past. The price point is perfect.

As you can see in my photo, it’s a weird yellowish color. It’s not clear, but it is transparent.It’s a little warped, but smoothes out when it’s stuck down to my glass mat. I trimmed the edges of the grid sheet to expose about a half inch of the mat and it sticks really well to the glass mat. It warps back up again when stored.It works great, the stickiness is just right for holding small pieces while I use blending brushes and it was less than a quarter of the price as some others I’ve seen.Overall, I’m not sad I got it.

I love having a grip mat when stamping an image or ink blending and it works okay but I find the grip has slowly been using its grip. I may not be cleaning it properly so I will try other methods of cleaning before I make a decision on whether it’s a yay or nay

This is just what I needed for my papercrafting. It's a great mat for my stamp positioner, but also perfect for stenciling and other tasks where I need to keep cardstock, die cuts, etc., in place. Since there's nothing proprietary about a slab of photopolymer I was glad to get this for half the price of name brand versions.

This works so well in the We R Memory Keepers Precision Press. That 6x6 press comes with a foam pad that is easily stained and is not grippy. I removed that and adhered one of these guide pieces with some removable tape (butted up against the press pegs). Then I placed the grip mat on top of that. And now I can adhere my cardstock in place on the grip mat, using the visible guide to line it up just right. Then I can place another guide directly above and line up my stamp perfectly. The circular guide is great for making a wreath. In my press, I can rotate the plate 4 times. Then I can either move my stamp to an in-between position, or move my paper to the next triangular point on the guide and stamp again 4 times. Voila!Note - the grip mat comes with acetate on both sides of the mat. That needs to be removed prior to use (I spent a minute confused about this and as to why the mat wasn't grippy. User error, haha!)
