Perfect fit for my forest River travel trailer frame, had some issues with rats nesting in the void under the trailer, these sealed up the holes perfectly!

These 7/8" grommets fit a 1/2" trade size knockout in electrical boxes and equipment. I purchased them to use with single gang utility "handy" boxes as junction boxes for low voltage electronics projects. A good clean fit without bulky steel connectors while protecting the cable insulation from damage against a bare opening

Love these things, used a lot of them in the last year and they are holding strong . Easy to use , easy to poke a hole into to run through fire walls and add one ! I would recommend this kit you never know when you will need one .

I worry about buying plugs online as I never know what they will be like. These turned out to be great. Very pliable with more of a rubber feel than a hard plastic feel. Gap is a little wide for thin sheet metal, but I was able to use on a car body. Easy to install in a hard to reach area. I would buy again. Amazon, why are you asking me to rate the "working out", about the only "work out" I could get is finger stretching these into place....

If I canāt find a small part at my home, then I am essentially either going to lose half a day driving to find the part or wait a couple of days to have the part delivered. In some sense, I feel like I have my own hardware storeā¦without the several thousand dollars worth of organization bins.Some of the kits are true ripoffs, using the vagaries of e-commerce to send you something that you would never buy in a brick and mortar store.Grommets are one of those items that when you need one, there are few substitutes. A lot of times I think they get left out of say an electrical box because they arenāt aroundā¦itās not malice, but convenience. But protecting wires or pipes from rubbing is important and should not be overlooked. This set has a good variety of sizes and is very useful. They do get the piece count up with the smaller grommets which quite frankly I am not very likely to need, but will come up with something. The storage box is about what you would expect, but I never really plan to take it out of my drawer of small parts. If you want to throw it in a tool bag and take on the road, you would probably have more success buying a tackle box or Plano sorting box (https://www.amazon.com/Plano-23700-02-Stowaway-Adjustable-Dividers/dp/B000E3C3OE/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?crid=3N2OSRUYJWN7Q). There ought to be a āI am moving to the country starter kit,ā because I can assure you that everyone that does a great deal of work on their house accumulates one gradually and learns the hard way about the ramifications of not having a part. Of the choices, I believe this kit provides a good assortment and a great deal of utility.
