Nice quality feel and look. Zipper system is solid, bag feels durable and can store some weight. I use it to store precious metals in, inside my safe and the velcro, zipper system, stitching remains intact. Hopefully I won't have to see if it's truly waterproof or fireproof as is advertised.

Short of having a safety deposit box, or a fireproof safe, this is the ticket. It will hold a lot of papers, and is fireproof to 6.200 degrees. 18 layers of insulation and a very secure zipper. If you have this, you would be well protected. Highly recommended.

Did not test it for Fire and Water resistant test but looks good to keep documents safe and secure and prevent from aging and humidity. Works for my usecase.
