Installation
1) SPRAY all mounting bolts and nuts to be removed with penetrating oil.
2) SUPPORT the body properly before removing mounts. (RECOMMENDATION: Use a 2"x4" piece of wood 24" long or any other suitable size between the jack and body panels to spread the load to avoid damaging the body panels). If necessary, support the body in multiple areas.
3) LOOSEN all nuts and bolts but DO NOT REMOVE. Working from one side of the vehicle at a time REMOVE the nut and bolt from ONE mount position and raise the body high enough to replace mount, NEVER HIGHER. Check other areas of the body for interference problems when you lift the body.
-NOTE: If penetrating oil did not work when loosening the bolts, use of a torch may be require.
4) REPLACE one mount a time with similar size polyurethane mounts. If washers/sleeves is provided, use in combination with the original metal parts that are not replaced by hardware provided in the kit.
-NOTE: This kit requires ALL FACTORY HARDWARE to be REUSED.
5) After all mounts have been replaced. TIGHTEN ALL NUTS AND BOLTS TO FACTORY SPECIFIVATIONS. (Position A: 41 ft/lbs; Position B, C, D: 59 ft/lbs)
-NOTE: RECOMMEND applying blue loctite to threads factory bolts when reinstalling mounts. RETORQUE all nuts and bolts after initial setting of mounts (approximately 100 miles of driving) to ensure fasteners are not loose.

Item was received in a box with no instructions. This may not seem all that important, but each mount goes to a specific location on your vehicle and unless you realize that the mounts have numbers stamped on them that are hard to see and don’t provide you with any constructive information. You’re quite likely going to put the wrong mount in the wrong location. You have to Google the part number to find a diagram that explains where each mount is supposed to go. Instructions or at least a diagram would be more than helpful.

As most Sport Trac owners know, the B and C frame to body mounts usually disintegrate over time. I had the same problem.Since I had the engine out, I figured that I'd replace all the mounts at once. The A mounts were kinda hard to replace, but without an engine in the way, I got both done in less than 45 minutes. The rear-most mounts, D, were the hardest, as the bottom mount is held to the top mount by 2 tongs that lock them together. I had to use an air hammer to separate the two. All told, if took me about 3 hours to get them all done. The down side : the mounts are not clearly identified. They have a casting number on them, and you have to use the web page to see what number is associated with the mount. I used a paint marker to let me know which is which. Makes it easier when you have a bunch of red mounts scattered around in your toolbox.Next downside : they're polyurethane mounts. So their harder than rubber. I don't think they'll degrade over time, but they do transfer quite a bit of road noise into the cab of the truck. You will notice bumps, rough roads, uneven pavement. But the PRO is that you have new mounts. The truck definitely FEELS stiffer, and I don't have the body roll associated with bad/missing B and C mounts, and the rear mount, D, was at least 1 inch smaller than the new mount.Torque your bolts to spec. Each and every bolt. I thought my impact would be good enough. I was wrong. Drive your truck for about 300 miles to let the mounts "Settle In", then torque again. I didn't do this, until it became apparent that something was loose.Overall, I'm way satisfied with my purchase. And you will be to, if you need body mounts on your 2003 Sport Trac 4.0L.

They look like someone returned, they where hard to fit to each other companion pair, nothing that a little brushing can’t fix just to start them for a nice tight fit, if you leave in the Midwest get the kit with the bolts “must “
