Nothing bad to say. Melts quick and I use it for my fpv drone. Good price. Sticks good to the board. It’s true to size.

I’ve been doing quite a few vintage ham radio transceiver restores and I can never have too much solder. I’m very happy with this solder so far - I have many different brands, but find 60/40 0.8mm-50g my go to choice. This solder flows well, gives me nice and shiny solder joints (as long as I do a good job), and is just the right stickiness for working old radios. I’m finding this solder to be a very good value considering that most other similarly rated solder is double the price or more. I find that when using this solder I don’t have to go back and clean anything (i.e. using IPA) after my work is done. This not only shows me this is a quality solder, but saves me time as well. This solder functions perfectly for all of my electronics work, and is easy to clean, but I usually don’t even have to clean it. I will definitely be ordering more of this solder going forward considering all the pluses from this brand. Definitely a recommend from me to my fellow electronics repair aficionados.

This solder flows readily with a portable 96W soldering gun. The resulting joints are nice and shiny. No surprises. Easily recommended.

The flux capacitor on my positron drive had a loose piston clip so I ordered some of this PNECK 60/40 Tin Lead Rosin Core Solder Wiree For Electrical Soldering 0.031 inch (0.8mm-50g) stuff and had it fixed up in a jiffy. I'm glad I saw it when I did! Can you imagine what would have happened if I engaged the klystron hyper accelerator with that clip dangling off? Oh boy. That would have been bad.Ok, bye.

I’m a hobbyist who works mostly on electric guitars and basses and experiments with small PCB projects for my own learning and interest.Of the handful of offshore solder brands of different thicknesses I’ve recently tried, this one comes closest to matching the 361F melting point that’s shown in the listing. I can’t tell precisely because my station’s minimum temperature is like 392F. Regardless, it’s not really an issue because I usually get the heat up to 700F or more to quickly hit components and avoid damaging them internally.1mm thickness is what I normally use for wiring pickups, switches, pots, and jacks. This solder with this thickness is easy to handle without the strand bending or breaking. It flows extremely well at top temperature and doesn’t give off excessive smoke or rosin smell.Aside from a smooth flow at predictable temperature I like to see rosin core that can loosen oxidized blobs of old solder joints on dull grey oxidized pots – something I find myself doing more than I wish. This solder performs as well as other brands I’ve used.

Got a roll of this since I’m starting to run low. Used it to solder some guitar wires together for a friend and it seems to work well! Not sure I would use this for sensitive electronics or whatever but it works well for basic soldering!
