They’re plastic. They look inexpensive (a nicer way of saying shoddy). Almost all of these buttons were silver or just a basic gray. Few of the buttons were gold, one was copper! But. I realized if I stack one of the smaller fancier buttons on top of the basic flat buttons, I achieve height and visual interest. So now I’m quite pleased with the lot. I can use them in multiple ways. I can even add a few rhinestones…!

Buttons are decent quality. I used them for an art project. I have no clue how they will hold up in a garment. But they hot glued very well! There was lists of variety in the bags, some really big and some tiny. Worked for the texture of my project perfectly.

I started my project and then discovered that many of the red buttons are variegated with black! And if that was mentioned in the description I wouldn't have ordered them. So, if you want are expecting red and green buttons for a Christmas project like I was - you might want to think twice about this assortment that contains red buttons streaked with black. What am I going to do with red and black buttons?

Exactly what I wanted! I’m a crafter and needed some orange buttons for something I wanted to make. These had a nice variety of sizes and different shades of orange. Good quality. Recommend!

I was absolutely amazed at how many buttons were in the bag when I received this item. I honestly expected half of it to be either tiny, mostly unusable buttons, or huge ones, but there is a great mixture of every size, shape, color, and design. Great deal for the money
