I'm getting so upset as I have tried 3 weeks and my food up top which is very very expensive gets ruined every couple days, romaine lettuce all brown within a couple days.. getting ready to return it it's costing me more money than helping me . We have it set on 33 degrees so it runs all the time I can't imagine what my electric bill will be .

Door opens slightly and doesn't stay open. Screws prevent from opening all the way. Cutting board slides off constantly. Dropped food already prepared because board slid off. All around terrible design. Returned it.

This is an excellent machine. I reviewed several before I bought this one. It meets and exceeds our needs. Love the temperature meter on the outside that I can adjust to whatever temp I want. This one will last me for years.
