I originally gave these 3 stars as they performed subpar but I figured out work arounds such as setting the machine to a deeper cut, only using the fine point blade etc.This did solve the problems temporarily. Roughly ten cuts later these work arounds failed. It is back to cutting subpar, not cutting all the way through or at worst grabbing the material and dragging it across this ripping the material.I have test each blade type provided as well as multiple of each type to see if it was perhaps a faulty blade that snuck through as I can understand quality control does make mistakes. Final answer is it is no mistake the quality is poor. Do not buy.

I had borrowed my sisters Cricut Explore to cut some decorations for my sons graduation party and noticed the blade in the machine started skipping and tearing the vinyl. I bought this pack and a pack of the Cricut branded blades so I could compare them since I loved the machine and planned on buying the Maker 3. The price difference is ridiculous! For just a couple dollars more you can get 60 generic blades instead of 2 branded blades. The generic blades work just as well, I have noticed no difference at all. I have used these in her Explore and my new Maker 3 and have had no issues at all. Highly recommend these.*** FYI - since buying these I’ve watched allot of tutorials on YouTube and most every long time Cricut user has said that replacement blades aren’t necessary if you keep the blades clean and sharpen them regularly. You can clean and sharpen them by poking them into a ball of aluminum foil. They have said they have used the same blade for up to a year with no issues. IMO these generic blades are so inexpensive it’s not a big deal to switch out to a new one monthly (or even weekly if you use the machine daily). Now if I was only purchasing Cricut branded blades I would clean and sharpen them regularly to extend their life.

This is a review for “60 Pcs Replacement Blades for Cricut Explore Air 2 Air 3 Maker, Including 15 Pcs 30° Fine Point Blades 30 Pcs 45° Standard Blades 15 Pcs 60° Deep Point Blades”I can’t believe the amazing price on this set of 60 blades. High should be set for quite a few years! They fit into my cricket just fine and cut just like any other blade.Do note that the part that is sticking out of the rubber sleeve is not the blade. The blade is inside the rubber protective tip. You have to take that off install it into your knife housing and she will be good to go.

I love the price point for the quantity of blades included in the package. VERY good value! I had NO issue with being able to load the blade into the cutter. The worst part of the entire process of changing the cutting blade, was the machine itself, lol! Other than getting the cutter assembly removed from the machine, replacement was very simple and straight forward. Product is as described and does, IN FACT, perform as is supposed to and as is advertised. Very happy with product overall! Will purchase again!
