The item description says "the shank is universal that can be used on general milling machine".This tool will not fit an R8 collet. Would rate 1 star for non-specific information on the size, but gave it 2 stars since I may have missed something here. The size should be explicitly stated though or easier to find if it is stated somewhere already.Going to throw away since it would take me longer to initiate a return than this item is worth.

A good product that will need some cleanupThe shank of the cutter has very distinct clamping marks that will need to be filed and stoned before use, also has a distinct rock to the bottom face so not ground flat ( .006) or all quality is ok not great

Looks a little on the crude side but carbide is thick. Have not used it yet but was received on time and has enough weight so I expect it to do well.

May not be the prettiest , but this cutter is perfectly balanced and leaves a smooth clean cuts. Great Price Too.
