Was looking for a product that heated as well as my car seat - and this isn't it. Vibration mode is strong, but the heat is nominal at best. Also the way the chair hooks to the power cord is weak. Movement of my chair causes this to disconnect multiple times per day.

I am so happy I bought this chair. Fairly, light weight. Instructions were super easy to follow. Had all the parts, labeled and extras provided. It is so comfortable. The foot rest is a game changer. I love to be seated with my legs out in front. The extra wide seat, allows me to sit cross-legged as well. The heating feature is my favorite, it covers the full lower back. My back felt so much better after my shift.I highly recommend this chair. Amazing quality

This chair is comfortable, sturdy, and easy to assemble, took me about 10-15 mins only to get it done. The massage and heat functions add a nice touch for relaxation, especially during winter, and the reclining with footrest makes it great for breaks. The padding is thick, and the build quality feels solid.Glides smoothly, supports heavier users well, and the ergonomic design makes long sitting sessions more comfortable. Definitely a great buy!

UPDATE. I was contacted by the seller, and they were excellent to deal with. Although I was not happy with the chair, customer service like I received is rare these days. Thank you I purchased this chair and was excited to replace my old one. However, this one is uncomfortable. you cannot just lean back every movement must be adjusted with a hard-to-reach lever. BTW I'm 6 foot and it's hard to reach it. Also, you can feel the lower massage motor through the seat. lastly, I don't feel safe leaning all the way back. feel like the chair will tip over.

Assembling the chair took about 30 mins and it was super sinple. Instruction was clear and it included all the screws. Now the chair itself is more on the firm side because of the massaging aspects. I think the combination fits together quite well. There are multiple massage options and my favorite is currently pulse.

a nice chair and more comfortable than my previous one. It is easy to install. The heating functionality is good and recommended for those want a chair in air conditioning room. Fair enough for the price!

I love the teal color. The picture makes it look like pleather, but it's actually some sort of microfabric material that seems easy to clean. The heating feature is barely noticeable, and like other reviews, I agree that the massage functions are more of vibrations with different pulse modes, but good enough for an office chair! I like the reclining feature that you can lock into place. The assembly took me 51 minutes (I timed myself with my Echo). That included unpackaging, assembly with a cheap impact drill on the lowest torque setting, and a potty break.

Working from home for a while, I developed lower back issues from sitting at a desk all day. I finally decided to invest in a quality chair, and this massage office chair has been a game-changer. Its ergonomic design provides excellent lumbar support, and the reclining backrest with a footrest makes it perfect for relaxing during breaks. The six-point vibration massage and heat functions are great additions, though the heat isn’t adjustable. The chair is sturdy and durable, but its bulky design may not fit smaller spaces, and assembly takes some effort. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for comfort and functionality.
