Many croquet sets are designed for children. The sticks are small and lightweight. This set is sturdy and the sticks are tall enough for adults to enjoy the game. Excellent product. I expect it to last a very long time.

This past summer, I decided to get the family together to play some "old fashioned" yard games. He played catch, caught butterflies and lightning bugs, played bag toss and then this croquet game. It was totally unknown to the younger kids and everyone one great fun. This is a well-made set and collapses away into a relatively compact carrying/storage case.

They’re an attractive set but much flimsier than croquets sets you grew up with.We’re not a violent family that uses mallets to kill vermin, but even the grip is off for adult hands.The colors are a little weird, but that’s personal taste.If you loved your childhood croquet set, this isn’t for you. Get a heavier set.

Our family plays croquet frequently. So this past Christmas this set was purchased. From the first use, the mallets won’t stay together. The balls come apart very easily. This set as a whole constantly falls apart. Definitely not worth the 60(+) dollars. Do yourself a favor and go purchase a different set.

I bought this because it had a longer length handle. That's the only plus about this set. Very light and cheaply made. Two of the mallet heads fell off during normal use and one of them, the threads weren't complete so I couldn't thread it on to use. Complete junk. If I could give it zero stars I would. Stay away.
