I know they're not being used for their original purpose but they do so well at holding water that I decided to use them for my baby jumping spider clutches. They run the risk of drowning being as small as they are so I needed a way to keep them hydrated without the risk. So far so good!

These sponges work very good for cleaning up the base to your pottery and also waxing to bottoms of your pots.

Okay here goes, they are round and yellow. If you squeeze them and hold them in a liquid, when you relax your grip they soak up the liquid as they return to their shape.They will do this as often as you like. They aren't very abrasive and if you rub another surface hard it will damage thee sponge. But only if you are too rough.I think these are a good quality sponge for a good price plus you get several of them so they last longer.I recommend if you need a sponge this could be a good value item to purchase.

I used these yesterday with my pottery on brand new clay and it maintains the moisture as needed. No complaints at this time

They look a bit wrinkly because of them being vacuum sealed. However, I can still tell that some are oddly shaped, not entirely round. This won't change there functionality though. These sponges are a smidgen thin, slightly thicker amd denser would be preferred. These feel like they will get some use but won't last too long. They are about 3 inches in diameter and 3/4 inch thick.
