These are heavy steel wedges. The product description stated they were stainless steel in the title and referred to them as steel in the description. The description says they are corrosion resistant. When I got the wedges one side of them was covered with mill scale and rust. The dimensions are as described. The wedges appear to be cut from heavy iron with a bandsaw. some of them still have flash from the end of the cut. The cut surface is slightly rough and not a polished finish. I use them under the legs of my heavy machinery to level the working surfaces. They work well for that. They can be used with hold down clamps for positioning items on a milling machine bed. They cost just over $3.00 each which seems reasonable. I give them 3 stars because of the material and finish. I would not buy these again.
