this is not the MFG fault.. but delivery was not as it states.. it was left in a cart in our back shop and later found on the floor where the wind had blown....no ppl had rec'd it... product however is great !!

I have bought several sets of these and I really like them. They do not seem to last on the bottom thickest string. The bone actually breaks away after several string changes. Plastic probably lasts longer. These may or may not improve tone. Some days I think they do but other times who knows. I do like the look better then plastic pins.$10 seems like a bargain considering the cost of guitars.

Makes a difference in sound compared to ebony pins. HOWEVER....Pins have sticky residue and the slots are too narrow and have the same sticky residue on the inside of the slot. So, bass side strings get caught in the too-skinny slots and the pin + string can get stuck in the bridge holes. Potentially caused a costly repair.

Pleasantly surprised for the price I had to whittle them down to make them fit which I expected that but they're really nice matter of fact I'm going to order some more soon
