These are well made. They have deep enough channels that the line easily stays in them.

I bought these to move the 6 hand winches for my 5 kayaks and 1 canoe that hang from the ceiling of the garage. 4 or 5 years ago I bought half a dozen from TSC; well made, ball bearings and they work great (and today are over $12 each). The new location the ropes go through a pair of pulleys to lift the watercraft, then to the east wall and turn a corner at the south wall then turn downwards to the winches: originally the ropes just ran along the east top plate and turned down to the winches. These will be used on the new location to redirect downwards while the original ones will redirect at the corner. Typical imported product. Difficult to disassemble and reassemble because the sleeve bearing (was expecting ball bearings- think I confused products) are a tiny bit too long and requires some force in each procedure. They are rated for 420 pounds, N.F.Way, but my application is for 70 pounds or less for each pulley. I hope they will work but I certainly would not trust them anywhere near that 400 pound mark and I’m not confident they would survive 150 pounds. I am marginally satisfied and if they do work well, I’ll saved about $50 over TSC higher quality. Worst case, I’ll lube the axles with graphite

Not very many options for a pulley like this. That being said, they are working well. Only complaint that I have is that the pulleys have the screw bosses for mounting them offset, but they aren't offset enough to prevent the pulley axle from hitting.

Works on ceiling wall floor versitle mount. The removable wheel is awesome when working with wire cable that has loops on the end.

Not so long ago I bought two pulleys like these from Amazon. They were made by Stanley, had a nice smooth finish, and the little details like the chamfered ends of the axle pins were all nicely done. These new knock offs, on the other hand, might be just as durable - might - but are rather roughly manufactured. Saddest of all is that they have no name, no one willing to admit to producing them, and no country of origin. I will use them reluctantly, but am disappointed.

I would like to see bronze bushings and tighter tolerances in the pulleys for smoother operation. Very strong otherwise.

I used this to create a platform that I can lower and raise in my garage. These were perfect for what I needed.
