I needed something to keep my peppers from falling thru the tray. These are perfect. I did have to trim them down, but that's ok. Easy peasy done. They do stain pretty easy, but that's ok too! They wash up easy enough, and are perfect for what I needed.

These were easily cut to fit the shelves in my dehydrator.I've dried out about 10 pounds of fruit n these so far; apples and persimmons. The apples were no problem at all. The sticky persimmons came off the sheets rater easily, too.A spray down with warm water and they were ready to go again.They're a heck of a lot easier to deal with than parchment paper.Good stuff! And the sheet cut off bits can be used as jar lid grips to open lids.*****It's been over 6 months since I got these. They've help dehydrate a few hundred pounds of fruit and 50 pounds of meat for jerky. They're still working great. They're easy to clean and they keep fruit and meat from sticking to the metal grates and the sheets.These are worth every penny. I'd buy them again if these ever wear out!***
