I bought these for pizza dough proofing. I make my pizzas as 12" or 16" pizzas and the sizes of these boxes fall short.I could probably use it for 9" pizzas (tight fit tho).. I just don't see these boxes serving a practical use for dough proofing. On the other hand, I have found utility in these boxes for storage in my refrigerator, or the advertised use as meal prep containers.I am not docking any stars for this product for my oversight on the product dimensions and the intended use of dough proofing boxes - however, the scale on the product images compared to the other items it is placed next to. It was way smaller than expected upon arrival.

These stainless steel containers are leak-proof and come with lids that keep the food fresh and airtight. This comes in a pack of four and I used it to organise my fresh vegetables. These are made of great quality. I will buy it again.

These are a fantastic storage tool for the kitchen and go very well with pretty much everything in my house as I slowly get rid of anything that’s not stainless or glass

I cannot recommend these boxes for proofing pizza dough. While fairly well made they're simply too small for their intended use. I make only 12" pizzas, and these boxes are much too small for a ball of dough to fit into and still have room to rise. The lids popped off well before the dough was proofed. The boxes might work well for storing foodstuff in, but they aren't airtight or leakproof, and I don't have too many food items in my kitchen that I'd use them for. They might also work for packing small lunch items such as snacks or fruit. But again, they're not airtight or leakproof, so even for that use they're somewhat limited.

The steel pans are good quality: rolled rim, good corners and interior pan edges (smooth, no stretch pattern on the edges and corners). Very light weight stainless steel, thinner than you’d expect for an inexpensive cake pan, but sound and durable. The bottom pan was somewhat dented, I don’t know whether that was the result of the supplier’s or the shipper’s handling – it was made serviceable again by pushing it back into shape with the back end of a sharpie. Close to stated dimensions, holds about 700ml filled to the rim (not 1 litre, as advertised). Ridiculously small for holding expanding pizza dough larger than perhaps a 5 inch pie; might hold an 8 inch pie's dough ball in the fridge. This might be useful for baking, or for holding contents for food prep. Lids fit, but are clumsy, not recommended for regular daily use for storage in the fridge: the lids are thin plastic, will not survive as long, will not produce a water-tight seal, and will not close as well as those on a well-designed free plastic takeout container.
