the filter traps a lot of dirt, but it can be cleaned out, rinsed out, and let dry for re-use!

The only drawback is the rubber rim is a fraction too thick but husband sanded them down and now fits perfectly

I'd been looking everywhere for replacement filters for my Shark hand vac and was so happy to finally get my hands on this mult pack. They fit perfectly and have brought new life to my old trusty Shark vac that I use on a daily basis. I had been trying to clean my old filter for a long time because I couldn't find a filter that would fit my model of vac and I hadn't realized how the old filter had affected the performance of it. So when I finally found these and replaced my old filter it was amazing how the suction power of the hand vac improved. I highly recommend these affordable, quality replacement filters.

I had to return a cheaper, generic brand. It did not fit properly and did not work as it was advertised. Return them and got what it is suppose to be.
