Everyone should have spinny boi pliers in their tool collection, and know and when (and when not) to use them. Did they arrive quickly? Yes. Did they work? Also, yes. Would I order from this retailer again? Yes, if they have the product(s) I require.

The pliers I received were manufactured such that it is very difficult to squeeze the pliers together enough to engage the lock. I'm a big guy, and it takes me 2 hands to lock the pliers. This is definitely a manufacturing issue.

These work, but they're pretty cheaply made so it's difficult to get them to stay clamped on the wires while twisting. Used for about 6 months so far and they seem durable at least.

Worked perfectly for me. Maybe people don't know what they are doing while using tools like this. In my industry it is crucial for safety wire. I trust and use this tool with ease. The wire is thick so get what you need accordingly.

The only issue I had with this tool is the cutter teeth will only cut thin gage wire at the very top as the lower part of the blade doesn't make contact.

I’ve been an A and P mechanic since 1984. I’ve used a few pairs of these over the years. Mechanically, they’re all the same. HOWEVER, the QUALITY of the tool is what makes it a usable tool. These are slightly smaller than what I have used in the past, which is not an issue. But these are sour grapes when it comes to locking the wire in the jaws. Takes 3 hands to operate these poorly made pliers. 2 hands to close and hold the jaws together while a third is needed to slide the clasp to lock the jaws and you almost need another pair of pliers to do that??!! Total JUNK. Not necessary on a REAL pair of safety wire pliers. This junk is going back to China, while I keep using my trusty Duck Bills.
