I wrapped this around my tent on three sides between the rain fly and the tent to withstand some fairly cold and windy conditions. It saved my behind from freezing more than once. It is heavy canvas with a waterproof coating on one side which made for great, and thin, insulation while camping in 17 degree (F) weather

I use them to cover part of the boat under some pines. They have sewn in loops that I added snaps to so I can quickly snap the cover on to protect them from pitch. They are water tight and look great. Super lightweight, yet wicked tough.

I bought this tarp hoping it would hold up to a summer's worth of Arizona sun, heat and wind. No luck. In May I used it to cover a pile of garden soil to exclude weed seeds and anchored it well with stakes at the corner loops. When I returned in October, the tarp was in tatters, completely unusable. Disappointing.
