As a retired locksmith I recognized this as a set of car opening tools. If you know how to use these tools, they allow you to get into the passenger compartment of many vehicles to retrieve keys locked inside without damage to the vehicle.The rods feel sturdy enough for vehicle unlocks and the air cuffs are thick enough to take the pressure. I like the inclusion of two small wrenches to help tighten the rod sections together, and the whole set comes in a handy zipper bag to keep it all together.If you are familiar with these tools and how to use them, they are great for occasional use. There are no instructions and should only be ordered if you know how to use them.While the title describes this as a 5th wheel pin puller, it is not nearly as strong and beefy as typical pin pullers and I would not recommend it for use as a 5th wheel pin puller. Typical pin pullers are at least 1/4 inch diameter, while this rod is only about 1/8 inch diameter which is better suited for lighter use.
