My first tool slipped past quality control and was useless. The company reached out to me wanting to make it right, so I exchanged the unit and the second one was perfect.Now I don't use the 5th Wheel Puller as must people do, I use it for pulling heavy item around instead of having to bend over. So far it has drug a transmission around 50' along with some other things. I would recommend this puller to anyone.

Broke second time I used it. Cheap spot weld ( not even a full weld ) at t-handle. You would think the manufacture would actually take time to secure the weakest point, but NO. Pay a little more guys and get better quality !!!!!

It does the job although it does come in two parts so you have to screw in one part into the other and being completely honest if you are using it for work like I did for pulling boxes or anything like that it will unscrew and then you have to keep on scrolling it back on but other than that it does the job. It is a bit heavy, so keep that in mind for what you’re using it.

This thing is beefy and strong. Exactly what I was expecting. Have it mounted on the inside of the bed of my truck so I know where it is at all times when I need it.
