They provide a voltage output that is linearly proportional to the Celsius (centigrade) temperature.
The TMP36 do not require any external calibration to provide typical accuracies of ±1°C at +25°C and ±2°C over the −40°C to +125°C temperature range.
The low output impedance of the TMP36 and its linear output and precise calibration simplify interfacing to temperature control circuitry and ADCs.The intended for single-supply operation from 2.7 V to 5.5 V maximum.
The supply current runs well below 50 μA, providing very low self-heating—less than 0.1°C in still airr
Package include:
5pcs*TMP36GT9Z

Ah, the TMP36 Temperature Analog Sensor by Bridgold, an elegant tool of precision that eloquently embodies the spirit of inquiry and the utility of applied science. This device isn’t merely a component; it’s a testament to human ingenuity in the quest to quantify and understand our environment.First, let's delve into the essence of this sensor. The TMP36 is designed to measure temperature with admirable accuracy, converting thermal activity into a readable voltage that corresponds to a specific temperature. What's captivating here is the sensor's method of direct, linear temperature output. This means it requires no external calibration to provide typical accuracies of ±1°C at room temperature and ±2°C over the full -40 to +125°C temperature range. The simplicity of this mechanism, where it operates at 2.7 V to 5.5 V with a mere 50 µA quiescent current, mirrors the fundamental principles of energy efficiency in the universe. In a cosmos where every bit of energy counts, the TMP36 utilizes its power judiciously, much like how celestial bodies economize their stellar energy.Furthermore, its capacity to provide a scale factor of 10 mV/°C ensures a smooth gradation of readings, offering both amateurs and professionals alike a reliable instrument that’s as precise as it is practical. Its analog output ties beautifully into the analog universe we inhabit—a universe governed by continuous rather than discrete processes.Installing and integrating these sensors into any project—be it for home automation, weather monitoring, or educational purposes—highlights the convergence of theoretical knowledge and practical application. It’s this interface between learning and doing where the TMP36 shines brightly, reminiscent of observing the universe not just to understand the cosmos's grandeur, but to situate that knowledge within the tangible world around us.Thus, the Bridgold TMP36 Temperature Analog Sensor earns a stellar review for its functionality, reliability, and its embodiment of our cosmic curiosity—five stars for bridging the gap between the cold of space and the warmth of human discovery.

I planned on using these with my Arduino UNO connected to the 5V header. The first time I powered on my board, the temperature sensor tripped the thermistor and shut the board off. That was the first sensor. The next worked but gave very poor accuracy (30F in a 70F room). The next gave a reading of 380F. The next 30F. And the last 380F, but this one had a vengeance and burned me when I touched it, proceeding to smell like burning too. Overall, the worst product I have gotten on Amazon. I will not be using these for my Arduino project unfortunately.
