The metal tube and flat gasket are good and had no issues but the O rings to go into the block are not the best. They are a bit thinner then oem. Mine only last 1 month and started leaking by. I Ordered the Cummins O rings and had no issues part #3928624

Fits, has appropriate drain diameter (a little over 17mm), seals so far. Will update if it goes wrong.

THIS DOESN'T FIT at 1999its about 4 inches too short.I asked before I ordered and was told it would fit. now I have find the right part.
