Your cart is empty.If you have to do a common rail CR injector swap this tool will make your life SO MUCH EASIER! Hassle-free design will save your injector body from being ruined from clamping straight onto it. This tool is designed to hold injectors for both 6.7L and 5.9L Cummins.
Simply clamp this tool in a vice. DO NOT OVERTIGHEN. Applying too much force could cause the tool to bend. Place tool so clamping force is distributed at the side of the tool where there is cross-support. Slide the injector through the appropriate side for your needs. Then remove or add the nozzle.
We recommend not over tightening the vice, especially if using a small vice that is not as wide as the tool. As the tool could bend if the vice is not long enough to distribute the clamping force across the whole length of the tool. Contents include: One (1) Steel Injector Nozzle Tool.

Cheap junk. Bent on first injector. Do not buy unless they are redesigned and stronger.

Cheaply made, not strong enough metal. I put it in my vice and started to put pressure on it to secure it and it bent immediately. Also the 5.9 cut out was machined wrong and would not fit my injectors (yes even before I bent the tool I checked) I was in a pinch and made it work in the 6.7 slot. Disappointed to say the least as it was nice to have a tool that would do both style injectors.
