Initialization / Reset Process
Method 1:Press and hold "∧” and "∨” buttons at the same time for seconds until you hear the beep. Release the buttons. The desk will go automatically until it shows 69, and the reset is successful.
Method 2:Unplug the power supply for the 20s, then plug the power supply back in and the desk will reset automatically. After it shows 69, the reset is done.
Height Adjustment Controller
Up: Press Up“∧”.Down: Press Down“∨”
Switch Display
Press and hold "v” and Button 4 to switch cm to inch to cm.
To save the current height setting: Press and hold any number key until you hear a beep.
Note: This standing desk has 4 different height memories. The memory positions stored are still valid after power off. You can use the up and down buttons to adjust the standing desk to the height you need to work.

I like this desk. It performs quite well. Smooth, quiet travel. It's a bit wobbly. I'm a leg-shaking type of person and when i shake my leg, it bounces my monitors slightly, which is something annoying that i did not anticipate, but was able to remedy with a hex key. I'd say it's about as wobbly as you would expect from two-legged desks. The assembly was designed so well that i didn't even need to look at the included instructions. It's quite simple and self-explanatory. I knew what needed to be done at a glance. There are only two types of bolts included. Eight long bolts for the feet and everything else is fastened using the same, short socket-head cap screws using an included Allen wrench. As for quality control, the two bolt holes that are provided to mount the control pad were not perfectly aligned, causing the control pad to look a little goofy, but this is not important to me. I much prefer it to the desk i was using before, which was an incredibly sturdy drafting table, but the height of it required a chair that is not very versatile

I had a big L shaped desk, but the space for my office got smaller. Also, I work on the computer all day long and wanted to stretch my legs. I am 6'4" and pretty big. This desk is the perfect height for me and is very stable when all the way up. I have 2 monitors and a laptop always on it. Perfect size desk for any need you have. Well made and I think is a perfect standing desk. Easy to put together. More stable then most of the desks out there. Would highly recommend this product.

I have now used this desk for more than a year and it is a great product. Love the size and adjustability at a click of a button. Smooth and quiet while it changes height. I found it easy to assemble and great quality material. I would recommend this for anyone looking for an adjustable desk.

Easily the worst purchase of my life. That is not restricted to $100+, furniture, Amazon or really anything else (and I’ve bought some useless items). This truly is THE WORST ITEM I HAVE EVER PAID FOR.1.) The motor stopped working after ONE time of moving the desk higher and lower. When reaching out for support, the seller did not respond and Amazon asked to send a single JPEG picture of the desk, to which the rep said she saw nothing wrong with the item (and yes, I can send a picture that shows side by side the desk “up” and “down” in the same position….it won’t matter). They asked us to reset the desk by holding the up and down button simultaneously, which works for 1-2 movements up or down before reverting to failing.And even if this desk worked, IT DOESN’T, it’s not sturdy.In short, you can get a better desk by asking a 6-year old to build one by themself and Amazon customer service is as useless as the 6-year old’s younger sibling.DO NOT BUT THIS SCAM OF A PRODUCT

When I initially decided to buy a standing desk, I was expecting to spend several hundred dollars more than $225 based on my previous experiences. I took a chance on this desk and I couldn't be happier with it. As a software developer, the ability to work while either standing or sitting has done wonders for my productivity and overall health.Assembly: Directions were great. It was easy enough to assemble for the average joe, but I did have a issue with getting the sync rod installed. I had to yank on the left leg a bit to get it into the exact same position as the right leg. Due to the gearing of the raising/lowering mechanism, I had to be within millimeters to get everything to slide into place. A little tough, but be patient, take a deep breath and apply elbow grease.Quality: I initially found the desk to have a ever-so-slight wobble compared to the expensive standing desk at my old corporate job, but I never notice it now that the desk has weight on it. I think the wood-grain finish is absolutely beautiful. My only critique would be that the motor is a little loud and grainy compared to higher end desks, but it does the job.

Lots of parts to put together but everything is separated and properly labeled. I put this thing together myself and took my about an hour. The only issue i had during assembly was the hooks on the side. There didn't seem to be a hole for it as described. I unscrewed one of the screws on the side and just placed it there. Please see the picture in case you run into this problem.The desk itself is a bit wobbly when raised but not so much that it will affect your work. There is a split down the center of the desk where the two boards go together. I don't find this to be an issue but some might. I just put a protective cover over and problem solved. The motor so far works well and not loud at all. For the price i really think it's a solid desk.I'd recommend it if you're on a budget for a motorized standing desk.

If you want a sitting/standing desk that doesn't cost a lot this one is for you. The rustic finish is amazing.I have had this table for almost 6 months. It was very easy to assemble, instructions were very clear. I work at this desk for 5-6 days a week, 8+ hours a day and it goes from 29" to 40" several times each day. I have not have an issue with it. Desk is very sturdy. The only problem I had, and this is most likely a user error, is programming the 4 buttons. I was able to get button 1 set for 29" and button 4 set for 40". I could not figure out how to program button 2 or 3. This is not a huge deal to me since I only need two buttons for my sitting height and standing height. You can see the line where the two pieces of the desk meet and it used to slightly bother me but I got used to it. Really not a huge deal.I have the 48x24 desk now, its a good size for two laptops an a headset dock. Not much room for anything else, but I only needed to accommodate those items. I will be purchasing a larger one soon to accommodate more items.
