Unit works but no matter how many times I put it through the learning process the temp switch is backwards. It blows hot on the cold settings and cold on hot. Original one does not do this

After reading included instructions that came with temperature control to allow the unit self learn my vehicle and after "5" different tries as per the instructions included with unit it will NOT learn the correct postions for the two manual slide temperature controls. Place in cooling position and blows hot air out the dash vents, place in heating position and blows cold air out the vents.

Would not program to my 2006 Silverado 1500 LS. I ordered to replace my original that works fine but the lights are burnt out but had to go back to the original

I received a used or broken unit. It does not work as it's supposed too and it is cheap junk!

After trying a couple junk yard ones, i was disappointed. It seems that every gmt800 has a bad or unlit hvac control. Finally ordered this and it worked great. Lights seem bright and knobs feel stiff, in a good way.

It works but but it’s dry cheap quality. I should have bought a more expensive version. This one will have to do until I can buy a better one.
