This is a weird item to review. On the one hand, the total cost for this is about what you would pay for the air filter. And the air filter included here is good. To be honest, I ordered for the air filter, so it's already a win for me. The added carb jet assembly is a nice bonus, but not something I needed as I never run any gas with ethanol in it on any of my small engines and I clean the carburetors at the beginning of each season.That said, for the purposes of this review, the jet assembly that came with mine fit and ran with little trouble. It was a LITTLE bit tight trying to get the cartridge to seat itself in the carburetor, but it seems to work none the less. Looking at other reviews, there may be some manufacturing variances, which may indicate poor quality control. I am not sure. All I can really comment on is what I got. I think it's also important to consider that these all-plastic carbs are almost certainly susceptible to warping from heat and cold, so it may not even be the fault of the manufacturer, but rather, the result of what amounts to just a poor design choice in general. If I am being honest, my mower has been rock solid, but if I knew the carb was made of plastic prior to purchasing I probably would have passed on it for fear of the above reasons coming true...So all of that said, this kit is pretty good, especially if all you need is a new air filter. Set the other piece aside as a spare and you should be happy. If you are buying it for the carburetor jet assembly, it might be a bit harder to recommend, but at the same time, I am not 100% convinced this is the fault of this product specifically either. Either way, having a fresh air filter is never a bad thing (I know mine gets pretty bad, especially in the fall with all of the dry leaves and dirt that get in there). Overall I would recommend this product.

Jet fits poorly and engine run worse than it did before. Not sure if it's the jetting is incorrect or jet assembly not sealing to the carburetor properly but it doesn't work. Had carb apart and jet out and in multiple times making sure it was installed properly but engine surged bad either way. I put the original jet back in and runs as good as it did before which wasn't terrible compared to how it run with the new jet. I used the air filter at least but the jet assembly is trash.

The jet is too thick in the top-middle and will not seat. Find a different manufacturer
