Well…what should I tell you? The filter presents as advertised. The foam pre-filter is thin, but not flimsy.I mow professionally and cut all types of grass in Texas, where it’s tough, dry, and dusty. The filter fit my Briggs & Stratton snugly. Better than I expected. I don’t feel any extra pull on the engine because of the foam pre-filter. The foam captures all the large particulates and easy to wipe off. And with each clean, the main filter underneath is still pearly white. If these continue to work this well, I’m hooked. And you can’t beat the price. I just wish this product was around years ago. Thx guys!

Good replacement filters, with optional pre-filter included.My mower did not come with the pre-filter so I thought I’d give these a try.They work and fit fine. The pre-filter can be removed if necessary and cleaned and reused.These are a great value so I fine myself changing the filter more often for superior performance.I would order again.

These filters fit my Briggs and Stratton lawnmower motor just like the factory filter that came with the machine.But, they cost only a fraction of what a factory replacement filter costs.Perhaps a laboratory might be able to prove better filtering by the factory filter but I’m satisfied with how well these work.They fit well and have saved me a lot of money.Plus, each one of these filters comes with a foam pre-filter which helps to keep dirt and debris from contaminating/clogging the paper pleats on the filter.You cannot go wrong with these filters and they’ll keep your lawnmower running well and in great shape.Cheers!
