I use it to suspend AR500 steel plates on my facility's rifle ranges. Every thing else we have tried has failed. This grade 100 chain is literally bulletproof. Rifle ammo has yet to make a mark on it. It is the solution for how to mount steel targets on a rifle range. Been in constant use on a commercial sport shooting facility for years. I highly recommend.

This chain is thick and heavy. Not suitable for carrying around with you on a bike, but very apt for a more permanent and secure storage arrangement.
