Having to dig through a box of random fittings when trying to perform tests or make repairs is incredibly frustrating. This set definitely helps eliminate that. So far all the plugs and caps I've used have done what they're supposed to, and the quality seems pretty good - especially for the price. You're talking an average price of like $1.50 per fitting...

These are for my dad who needed some parts for hydraulic fixes in his shop. He likes that there are caps and they fit nicely. The case is convenient to carry around to various places as needed.

Owning heavy equipment means hydraulics. There isn't much around that. There are several types and sizes of hydraulic fittings out there and it can be a real pain when you are in the field and need something that works NOW.I own several of these kits, this one and the other of the "big four" in fittings. They are amazing. Not only do you get all the fittings, you get multiple and in both male and female. If you blow a line and need to make a quick repair save yourself a lot of hassle by pulling the line and plugging it. Less loss of fluid and faster to bleed the air out later.Whether you need a temporary plug or a permanent one on an extra valve, kits like this have you covered.

So, I got another set of these previously for JST. They held through an accidental pressure spike with no problems. At 3000 psi with no leaks, I have no problem recommending these too. I simply requested these due to previous experience with another set. Upon getting these, they are of the same quality, so I am happy!

Ordered this set for a mechanic in my family he said it was a well made and durable set which he found quite functional and comprehensive. That the fitment was quite good and he felt that the cost vs value was good. This coming from a mechanic with 50 years experience working with tools like this, so if we ever need anouther set we would render this one for sure.
