handle is smooth and coated with some type of sealer fixture fit perfectly shpuld give months of service with no splinters

This is the right size I wanted. I was expecting this to come with the handle but it didn't . It needs to be clearly stated that it doesn't come with a handle. Now having to buy a handle which them makes the hoe overpriced as total cost will be over £50. Buying handle separately also has its own problems in finding the right size as there are no universal/ standard sizes.

Did not fit the pounder I was trying to repair. It is a nice wooden handle handle that I will use in the future.
