The first battery they sent me was completely dead. Initially requested a refund but they offered to send me another battery to replace. Receieved replacement battery just before window for return window closed. Replacement battery has less than 50% maximum capacity. At least it works

Used this battery to bring my Segway Ninebot MiniPRO back to life and it worked like a charm. Installation was super simple. The battery even came with the required allen wrench needed to remove the old battery and install the new one. Shipping was timely. I installed and charged the new battery and it works great! I earned some amazing "dad-points" with the wife and kids on this purchase!
