Parts missing; seller doesn’t answer. Amazon A-Z guarantee started. Just want to return this cheap junk. They won’t provide a prepaid return label. Avoid like the plague.Amazon A-Z guarantee did nothing; a complete loss of money. Very disappointed in Amazon.

The 51.3" version of this hall tree is well laid out and designed. I appreciate the fact that I can store my men's size 11 athletic shoes in almost all the shoe slots, something that's all always the case. The construction feels sturdy enough for its price point and I'm overall quite pleased. Assembly process took about 3 hours and was mostly straightforward. As long as you pay close attention to the instructions included, the assembly is pretty smooth. As a bonus, the customer service was excellent and addressed my questions quickly and effectively. Very satisfied with this purchase!

DO NOT PURCHASE !!!!!!! Terrible quality , instructions on how put to together is not great, would be better off going to the dollar tree and getting wood pieces to build it yourself

Stylish and well thought out storage options. Hoping it holds up as it is not as heavy as I was hoping. The assembly directions were poor and assembly was quit a project.

We have bought all new furniture for our house but this one was by far the hardest to assemble. It comes in a lot of pieces and the instructions are wrong (showing screws to go in the wrong holes, etc). The final look is nice, but it’s more flimsy than I thought it would be.
