Light and it seems very strong - very easy to extend and collapse.

This extension is solid, sturdy, the threads are sturdy (important - not flattening or stripping). The Handle is easy to grip and easy to adjust. It has a much weight as it needs, but not too much. Where other extensions have failed me and broken under the weight of the paint roller, this one has no problem with it - holds it firm. I painted a 2 story wall in a stairwell, the ceiling of the stairwell 2 stories up, and ceilings, walls in other rooms. I can't believe I painted this much. I have been though multiple tools and extensions taking me a whole day or two for just a small area. With this I can go ..go...go!

There is a thin and flimsy piece of plastic right below the joint that connects the top threaded head to the rest of the pole. If the pole slides down a wall from standing position, (without a tool attached to it) the top is likely to snap off. With a heavy tool attached to it? It is guaranteed to break. You may be better off just throwing your money out the window than going through the trouble of buying this pole and returning it.

Painting ceilings in hallways 24 feet high with a 14 inch roller set up (nap). A little flimsy fully extended. So far it's holding up and doing it's job. Great buy for the price.

I like how it extends and angles but it gets a bit flimsy when fully extended. I still recommend it because it eliminates that I have to put scaffeling up or climb up and down ladders.

I enjoyed working with this extension tool. It has easy to use snaps to free and lock the sliding tubes. The smoothness of the movement was impressive. It is light weight, but even when fully extended it had enough rigidity to enable me to use a roller. My old one went out with the trash.

Bought gutter guard from Costco and received a free gutter brush that can screw on a long pole. This product was purchased to be the long pole. It is lightweight, well made, easy to extend and works well for reaching the gutters and valleys on my one story house to get the leaves off the roof that haven't been blown off by the wind. The price of the pole was also affordable.
