This zep sealer works well so far. Not sure the durability yet because I just put it on.

We use this on our showers to seal the tile grout a couple times a year. The sealer repels water well and usually just requires one coat. The sealer is not noticeable on the tile and does not change the tile color in any way. The spray bottle feature works well and is much faster than other bottles with the built in brushes.

I've been battling making my grout like new again, and seemingly went through all of the steps.Looked great, and functional, and the right colour.Used this stuff to seal everything in - being militant to the drying time, and waiting times.At the end of the day, it didn't really do what the product was intended to do.Maybe it did, but at a weaker capacity and scale?Just hire a professional I suppose.

Coats well.... and goes on much thicker than I expected. I used it on a kitchen backsplash and thank god I taped off the sink area under where I was spraying. It did not over spray... it just "migrated" down the wall as it was setting and would have likely ruined my counter top. BTW... hold the can at a very slight downward angle when spraying. If you hold it pointing straight towards the wall... it will shoot a stream rather than a spray. Would highly recommend.

I was between 2 and 3 stars but since the grout is still curing it's too soon to tell the effectiveness. If you're looking to contain the product simply to the grout you might want to spray it into the small container and use a brush. The spray comes out of the top of the can so you have very little control and cannot spray it much above your head height. It's a wide spray so by the time I got done the shower walls were completely coated and it had dripped down into the tub. I spent more time wiping down the walls and tub than applying it. I just hope it does the trick and lasts a long time.

I put 2 coats on just in case, the water really beads up. Last a long time, this is the 3rd time I have bought this product in the 14 years I have cleaned my shower.

The contractor that installed our shower recommended this to seal the stones on the shower floor. Have used it every few months to reseal. It is very easy to use. To speed drying I use a box fan which dries the sealant in 2 or so hours. We live in a very humid environment and we dry the shower floor with a towel after use and all this seems to help slow the speed of mildew development so the shower only needs to be scrubbed out every couple of weeks rather than every week. I’ll take it.

I've tried a few different methods of applying grout sealants over the past few years, from a spray bottle to applying it with a foam brush, and this one wins by far. Is there over spray? Of course, but it's worth it because it only takes 10 minutes to apply to an entire shower, rather than an hour. I was able to get 2 showers done with one can (I only did a single coat on each since I seal the grout every year). After spraying it on, I just used paper towels to wipe the excess off the tiles and then let it sit for a few hours. After 1 application, water is beading on the grout and it's working as intended. I'll definitely buy this again next year!Side note: I was a little worried when I applied it as my grout got darker as I sprayed it on, but once it dried it went back to it's light color.

This product works! Sadly 3 and not 5 stars, for one simple reason: the vertical nozzle means that you can only use the can in a horizontal position which drains the propellant before the liquid. When the gas ran out, I had at least a third of the solution left which I had to literally pour into a cup (in a slow, thin trickle) and then use a brush to paint it on.

This is the first sealant I was able to apply properly to shower walls, it works really well and is easy to apply.You do need to be aware of ventilation as it is an aerosol type product akin to spraying WD40 on the wall.It dries without leaving any noticeable change in grout colour.
