Like others had reviewed, it took a couple of hours to put together, not because it was hard to understand, it was those tiny little nuts I couldn't hardly hang on to. This little gem is no nice and will certainly make my life easier to transport my scooter. Instead of using a nut driver or screwdriver, use an Allen wrench it worked really well.
