These are true key chains. I croché wedding anniversary hearts and I made half of them with these key chains and the other half with the chains you use to hang from a backpack or purse. I’m very satisfied with both. All you need to have is a set of mini pliers to make it even easier. Besides the pack comes with the connecting little rings already open to put in and then tight them on. I had bought some other before and they came closed, so I had to open, put it, and close them back. Can you see the difference in the picture?

Luckily I decided to order way more than I need cause if I went with their 100 sets, I would have been short. Some were incomplete (only had the keyring-NO chain). I have yet to see if these tarnish or not (since I just used them the day I received it) so I cannot talk about that yet.
