The glue sticks are fine, but you get 48 in the package, not 50.

Perfect glue sticks for a mini hot glue gun. They work great and hold stuff together just as they should!

Since I'm Really Fun at Parties I did a small survey and found that my peers and I refer to these as "glue sticks" even though there is also a very different "glue stick" with a twist-to-dispense bottom that we used back in elementary school for gluing paper together. Language is just wild, ammirite? These hot glue sticks are exactly what they claim to be. I haven't used every single one yet, but I've gone through a few. They offer great adhesion, solid performance, perfect drying time, they're good quality, the right size for my glue gun, and the package was a good value when I got it (normally I buy hot glue sticks from the Dollar Tree, with about 20 for $1.25, so you can use that as your reference point I guess).

My kids has a mini hot-glue gun that she uses to make crafts. For example, she will create a scene by gluing rocks to a page that she drew a scene on, then putting a bunch of glue in the middle to form a river, with blue glitter in it to make it look like a river. It is quite clever actually. Between the hot glue gun and the 3D Printing pen, she is kept busy for long periods of time letting her imagination come to life.All that said, these glue sticks were the perfect size for the gun, they do not jam up, and the price point was terrific since she blows through them pretty quickly. It is such a great value and while I hope it is a long time before I need to buy more, I will come back here again to buy more.

I bought this to replace other glue I had. This stuff is watery and turned a weird yellow color when heated.
