On measuring, it should say an average of 2.5mm. I found 2.4, 2.6, 2.5. You get the idea.These aren't precise but they will do the job.

These come in a decent container and are indeed washers. The downsides are that they are covered in a slightly smelly oil and are very dirty. I'd guess they aren't washed after production. Nothing that stops them from being usable but need a good cleaning for some projects.
