It was my understanding from pictures that the setting tool was included because you can't use these without a setting tool.Apparently I was mistaken, no setting tool was included, just the Anchors. The anchors look like good build quality but since there is no tool, it is impossible to install them at this time.I am disappointed with that decision, the company should really include the tool. When you buy deck screws, they always include the star driver, so I think these should include the setting tool. That is my opinion.

These appear to be high quality. There are no burrs. The threads look good. Might be missing the expansion lug in some of them.It would have been better if they included the 3/8" bolts to go with them. I understand that maybe the length might vary, but I don't think it would vary a lot. It's a good value with 50 in the box.
