Lightweight hose. Not too sure of its claim of durability. Water nozzle broke on second use!

My hose after 7 months had a leak. I do not recommend buying this hose unless they have a warranty.

This company states their hoses have a one year warranty. However when I reported a problem they told me to buy a valve and fix it. I did as they recommended however the hose still leaks. Therefore I question the validity of their claim to provide a one year warranty. To replace the leaking hose I purchased their steel hose. However this is likely the last hose I will purchase from this company. They want customers to contact them directly and then they do nothing to rectify the problem. Eventually they just ignore the customer.

I bought this hose after buying several of the ones that expand but they all eventually got pin holes in them, then they leaked everywhere and we're useless after about a month or two. This hose, so far, is bulletproof (not technically Lol), it's lightweight, very flexible and I've been happy to see that it doesn't get overly hot. If that changes I'll come back and update this review.

Love this hose. I've been using both the heavy, sturdier garden hoses and also the expandable type. I dislike the weight of the sturdier hoses and the expandable hoses only last me a year max, but I love how thin and light they are. I tried a variety of brands (I need 4 hoses), but no matter what they advertise, none of the expandable hoses last more than a year. This hose seems quite remarkable. I've only been using it for a little over a week so I hope it lasts. It's very lightweight yet seems extremely sturdy. Hope this is the one!

I've had this type of hose in the past and they were not all they were cracked up to be, mainly because they were so long and thus ultimately, unwieldy.Which is the opposite of why you would buy a collapsing hose... they are supposed to be convenient. This one is different for my use, only because is is very short; just long enough to work around on my patio without getting all noodled up when storing it.I haven't had it long enough to judge if it will hold up, but most of these types of hoses have a fairly short life before they start to leak, so I will keep my eye on it.

I just used it once so cannot comment on durability. However it seems pretty sturdy and may not kink but I can see how it could snag on things since the outside material is like elastic. I watched a video posted by another user to see the hose with and without water. It really does expand quite a bit and shrinks down to a fraction of the size when there is no water in the hose. I bought a hose stand for it, but the 25' hose only wraps around twice when empty... you can save yourself the money and just leave it on the ground. If you chose to put it on a stand be sure to make sure the hose is empty BEFORE you put it away. I also love the fact that when empty it weighs practically nothing!Pic 1: hose fullPic 2: hose emptyPic 3: hose empty sadly draped on stand which I removed. The hose now sits in a tiny pile on the cement
