My wife and I order a lot of products that sometimes require return labels. I own a Zebra 4x6 shipping label printer, but more times than not, prefer to use these sleeves along with a laser-printed inserted label. I like these sleeves over direct label printed labels for the following reasons:1) This sleeve makes the label waterproof and offers better protection.2) By printing on my laser printer, the label is much sharper with a higher DPI. My dedicated shipping label printer is limited to 203 DPI, whereas my laser can print from 300 to 1200 DPI.3) Many of the return labels we receive electronically are not formatted to be printed with a dedicated 4x6-inch shipping label printer. It's easier to print on a standard 8-1/2 x 11 sheet and fold the label into this sleeve. There is no issue with these sleeves. They work for all return labels that are electronically sent to us.Knowing what I know today, I would not waste my money on a dedicated label printer for my limited needs, and would just use these sleeves. They are ultra convenient, reasonably priced, and for me make the return process much easier.I used to just print the label on a normal printer, cut it to size, and then use shipping tape to attach the label to the box. I graduated to a dedicated 4x6 shipping label printer. Today, I mostly use these shipping sleeves. It’s quick, flexible, and convenient and makes certain the label is always readable and protected.
