Sent these as a gift and there was some trouble during shipping that caused denting. I contacted the company and they sent out a replacement part ASAP! Fantastic service and recipient said that the product was very high quality!

The product is relatively as expected. The only real issue I have, is that one of my blue chips, is a black chip. Which throws off the count. I haven't yet attempted to contact the vendor, but I do plan to.

An excellent value for the money. The case is low quality and the inside came broken and damaged, with the foam falling off too- but the chips were exactly as advertised (albeit a bit dirty, they will need a cleaning for the small shavings that abound when you first get it). While not perfect, I can’t complain for the amount paid for personalization with a reasonable shipping time.

Exactly what we wanted. Shipping was appropriate for a non-prime purchase. Extremely satisfied with the personalization (does not look cheap or is not a sticker like some offer).
