Bought a replacement awning fabric for our motor coach. I needed this size rivet to complete the job of replacing the fabric. I could not source these locally so I ordered these and they arrived the next day.

Worst rivets ever. Head pulls through the sleeve, and doesn't expand to grip anything. Slightly bulges the sleeve, but zero expansion. Some of them bend the sleeve as soon as you try using them. Pay more, get something of quality.

Strong but require a large too for installation. Worked well. Good quality. Good value.

Description says rivets are "Made from high quality aluminum material, and has the characteristics of durable and anti-rust." States material as "aluminum" only. But the mandrels are mild (magnetic) steel, meaning they should never be used in wet or corrosive environments, such as on boats. Returning for refund.

These are the longest, 1/8 Width size I could find and every DIY riveter will be happy to have these. These are 3/4” long, and ideal to fix my grill grates that have loose welds after 16th. I used self tap screws, but heads stuck up too high for my liking; so I decided on long rivets, and these worked fine. Heat is not an issue. I recommend these. Good luck. Mark in NY
