Envelopes arrived as expected, and are a good value for the price. They are medium weight craft paper and the self adhesive is nice and sticky. They are not thick card paper if that's what you want, but they are sturdy enough for mailing pictures or cards

Good clean look to them, and they feel nice in the hand. Mine are all in good condition.If there was a smell when I opened the pack the first time, I don't remember, but the ones I received have neither a strong nor weird odor. They have a light smell of craft store paper, which I don't find unpleasant at all.One of the reviews mentioned them staining easily with light use, but I am not personally having that problem. I addressed about 25 of these when they first came in since they will eventually all go to the same person. Looking over them, I don't see any marks or staining. I even ran one between my fingers to test it, and it looks fine - no sign of staining. I don't use lotion, so I'm not sure if that might make a difference.I've only sealed one so far, but the adhesive seems nice.The paper is kind of dark, as kraft paper tends to be. I was a little worried that the addresses might not be clear, but a felt-tip pen shows up nicely.
